3. Make sure you are comparing "Apples to Apples"
When making comparisons between pricing of different facilities make sure you pay attention to what is included and what you have to pay extra for. For example: Tekoa includes house charges, room fees, a coffee & tea station, linens for your guest tables all in one price per person...at many facilities these are extras at an additional fee.
