Meet Our Executive Chef

Our Executive Chef, Jeffrey Sarassin, has a traditional, fresh focused take on food and his menus. Jeff is well versed in the preparation and creation of all different styles and types of food, including Hispanic foods, traditional banquet menu items, and a variety of other food styles.

Here at Tekoa Country Club, we know that a big part of your special day is the quality and flavors of the food we serve. We make all of your soups and sauces in house, working closely with our purveyors to bring you the freshest and highest quality meats, fruits, and vegetables.
